The difference between Buddhist temples and Muslim ones is that requests made by the religious inhabitants from Buddhist temples are considered open for negotiation and the latter ones are not even considered to be a request... How I wish on times like these that the ever compassionate Enlightened One would make a mental note and make sure the wheel of incarnation stopped at, oh say, "circus-elephant-with-funny-coloured-hat-and-flatulence-complex". Or would that be to elevating in ways? I'm sure his humour is as kind as his wisdom in cases like this...
